Return Instructions

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with an order, the product can be returned within 14 days for an exchange of goods or a refund.

The customer must send an email to info@chiarugifirenze.it within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to request a Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.). This email must include the order number, the item code and explicitly say if you intend to replace or receive a refund.

The return must be sent by writing the R.A.N. on the waybill.

In case of return of the goods and request for a partial or total refund, the shipping costs are entirely borne by the buyer.

The refund will be made through PayPal on the bank circuit.

All items must be returned unused and in perfect condition, as they were shipped from the country of origin.

Before the return is approved, Chiarugi reserves the right to ask for photographic proof of the goods to be exchanged or replaced.

Returned products are subject to inspection by Chiarugi. If the product is not in the conditions indicated in the policy, Chiarugi will be able to subtract 10% of the amount due for the refund.

Only at this stage will the goods be reserved for the customer, and until the transfer is processed.
